marietta studio rental

thank you for your interest in renting our little studio on the marietta square. below you will find all the information you may need before renting, but as always feel free to reach out via email with any additional questions.

What is the cost?

$150 — 2 hours

$350 — 4 hours

$600 — 8 hours

what’s INcluded in the price?

you have access to two rooms, both with different but great light. the larger space ( top photo ) has consistent light throughout the day, even on a cloudy day! the smaller room has more direct, warm light. there is also access to a private bathroom + kitchen nook with fridge if needed. a few different chair + prop options are included. stools, large cane chair, bench, antique folding table etc and feel free to bring any additional props in. your set up and tear down time needs to be accounted for in your hourly .

Is there parking?

as far as parking goes, there is a 2 hour limit on the square and any spots are available to your clients. the entrance to the space is private and on the square, and there is one flight of stairs to enter the space! there is also a $5 all day lot located a few blocks away off of waverly way if you plan to be at the studio longer than 2 hours.

how do i book the studio?

email me at hi@morganbeatton.com with your desired date + time and i will check the calendar. if the space is open for you, i will send over a contract + invoice! more details + rental agreements are included in the contract.

when is light best in the space?

because the main space of our studio receives indirect light, the natural light is at its best and consistent from 10am-4pm.

is the furniture movable?

yes, most all furniture is movable, so long as it is put back before you leave. when renting the space, you will find the large desk pushed up against the side wall and can be used for props etc. and all my personal computer + equipment will be put away.
